Question about 2002 Toyota Sienna
Double check none of your fuses are busted for starters. If they're all fine, the problem is probably in either the sensor or the wiring to the sensor. Either check over all of that yourself, or if you're not that versed in automotive work, take it to an auto electrician for advice and/or a quote on getting it fixed.

Sometimes sludge can collect in the tank causing the sensor to malfunction. Use the fluid in the tank and when it is empty, clean out the tank and sensor. If this does not fix the problem, you may need to replace the sensor.

Probably need to replace the pump. Separate pumps for front and rear. Check with a test light to see if there is power to the pump. If it has power but won't work, replace the pump. If no power, you have a wiring issue. Be sure to turn the switch on and have someone push the washer button when you are checking for power. There won't be any until you push it to "wash".
