How do I troubleshoot an eng fuse that keeps blowing out as soon as I turn the ignition on , on a kia k2700 diesel 2006.

You need a wiring diagram. If the fuse supplies several parts, then you have to find the short. It could be the part or the wire going to a part, or several parts. What does the fuse control?

I didn't even know Kia produced a diesel engined vehicle. At any rate, there should be a Chiltons/Haynes repair manual that covers your truck. It's full of all sorts of information for maintaining and repairing your truck.

did u replace the relay just a curious question, sometimes they have rust and water in the inside of the relay but my guess would be that you have a bare wire rubbing somewhere, causing the fuse to blow, anything significant has happened before that issue?

I have a '89' hilux dual cab 2.8 diesel, just finished putting new head on and new glo plugs, and the 80 amp glo plug fuse keeps blowing so cant start the car to see if everything is working, why does it...

might be that there is a defective glow plug there. can be that one of those glow plugs has a prob with its own insulation and is causing a short circuit.
