Need to calculate thickness of wood needed for a span across two posts, posts would be 100mmx100mmx2000mm, top piece of wood would need to be 2000mm between posts with a v8 5 litre engine hanging off

What type of wood, which way is the grain going, how many knots in the wood? Normal safety factors double the load weight so you should plan for a 1100kg load (Approx 1.25 US tons). Wood is not really a predictable load bearing item and you want it over a 6 foot wide gap with a potential of just over a ton in the middle? Yes you can make calculations if you know your material but even the uprights at 4ins square seem rather small.

I have a problem with my 93 Bronco, I installed new LED bulbs, brake/tail/turn lights with the right size, now my brake lights stay on really faint and they light up bright when I step on brake pedal. The...

The LED- Light emitting diodes- use very little current and voltage to light up and so when you changed from the normal incandescent type +12 , these require only a fraction of the votlage. NOW what seems to HAPPEN is that the return voltage from the switch has RESIDUAL voltage which makes the LED light up, this can be a fraction of a volt and can be a LEAK from the switches, park, brake or otherwise.
Check the wiring once again , check the ground once again and isolate the switches to confirm the LEAK. You can also use a resistor to reduce the voltage if needed which can cut off the light when switch is off.

Where is the low pressure port located on a 2003 x type jaguar. port to place feon in the car to cool the air condidtioning

This job requires special tools and special training. If you lack either, you risk SERIOUS personal injury. Injury comes VERY EASILY!

You need to address oil levels, proper and legal refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and recharge.

The amount of refrigerant needed is a calculation; just adding is NOT the correct method. At a given ambient temperature, you need to achieve a pressure. Measurements are to be made at both low and high pressure sides of the system. From these readings, a calculation can be made about refrigerant quantity.

If you are opening the system, you were planning to also replace the receiver/dryer, correct? It also needs the oil in it measured and incorporated into the amount of oil (in %) that would need to be added. FAILURE to address these and other issues will guarantee premature system failure and likely compressor damage.

Take this job to a qualified shop.
