A direct fan output could mean that there is a fault in the system causing the engine to keep the fan running just to be safe. get a diagnosis done, there could be an error in the cooling system or in the a/c system.

This would be normal. As there isn't air flow , then the fan starts turning to get up to speed. The noise is from the fan blades flexing and pulling air threw the radiator. The blades could be a little fatigued. They should have check for cracks when the clutch was replaced. Cracks make the noise worse.

What causes my 1995 chevy pick up 5 speed manual transmission to not want to shift into gears after it gets warm or hot but first thing it does fine

Many internal parts could be the problem. I would replace the vacuum modulator on the passenger side of the transmission first. Near the back. Only thing with a vacuum hose to it.

I have a ford fiesta r reg its had a new clutch the clutch has only been in for a week and half i started having problems when i went to go shopping i put it into gear and i only had a little bite

Who replaced the clutch? if it was a shop then I would take it back for them to fix, If you changed it yourself was there oil on the old clutch and if so did you repair the oil leak. I.e. hyd clutch or transmission seal. Hope this helps.

97 nissan 200sx 2.0, starts but stalls when I shift to forward. Also when in park and reeve the engine up it misses badly. Took distributor cap off and there was oil inside. Other times I can start it...

There should be no oil in the distributor. Replace it. Oil will cause the spark to go anywhere. Most likely to a ground. The distributor base.

My engine is making clicking noises when I start it. This lasts for about 10 minutes.

Sounds like a lifter hasn't pumped up . Put an additive in the engine oil that quiets noisy lifters. Any auto parts store or even walmart has it.

My pajero manual transmission 4WD has a clanking noise after you have driven it for a long time. when the transmission becomes hot the clanking noise appears. but when i step on the clutch the noise...

hi.
a transmission problem when hot, but ok when cold, would suggest that the oil in the gearbox is getting too thin when it heats up.

you say that the transmission has been pulled out but do you know if the oil was actually changed in it.
if the oil has not been changed, drain it and replace with the specified oil.
if it was changed recently, then i would consider using a thicker grade transmission oil instead.

changing gearbox oil, is normally a matter of removing the drain plug on the bottom to drain the old oil, and then refilling using the level plug on the side of the engine.

I wanna know how to replace a water pump on my 1998 BMW 528i

You need to drain radiator, pull fan shroud, pull fan/fan clutch, reeve belts and pulley then unbolt waterpump. You do beed special tools for fan clutch and pulley removal. BavAuto.com or Pelican parts .com have parts, tools and good info on how to do the job successfully.

Knocking when engine gets hot and car stopped

The fan clutch can make a knocking noise when it tries to engage. At idle it will have a rhythm to it when it tries to engage. You will have an over heating condition and the air conditioning may not work properly.

The fix is to replace the fan clutch and reprogram the engine control module.

Slight hesitation on pull-off with slight autobox shudder

Yes. Sounds like a plugged Trans filter or burned fluid. A full service on the Trans usually runs about $90 and is money well spent.

Another problem-which bugged me for 3 months, and had your similar symptoms, was a worn out fan clutch. It sent a shudder throughout the vehicle which mimicked a transmission issue. I know it sounds silly, but a new fan clutch cured my shifting issues.

The fan should rotate smoothly with some resistance (Engine OFF, of course) If you feel binding of any kinf, it probably is bad. Also check to see if you can cause movement fore and aft. If you can get it to rock back and forth, it is bad and needs to be replaced.

A fan clutch for that vehicle usually runs about $55
