Hi,
a 6ya Mechanic can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.

How do I remove the small panel with the heater/blower control knobs on a Vauxhall Vivaro?

Pull up the gear stick gaitor (it has a push fit collar), Remove the cover panel that surrounds the gear stick (4 screws) remembering to diconnect the hazard switch.
If i remember the heater control cover has three screws.. remove them then gently pull the cover out and up..

There was a youtube video showing this procedure...

Clicking in stickshift when I shift gears

The clicking could be due to worn shifter linkage bushings. As for the chatter you may need to replace the clutch and resurface the flywheel.

Shift cable

take it you mean your linkages from your gear stick to your gear box. if so should be rods. are loose due to worn bushes . replace the bushes.

I have a 02 kia sportage and the stick shift is extremely loose.. .. so I need repair and might have linkage problem is their a stick I can get and repair it..and a movie to show how to...

If the gear selector stick is too loose and wobbles around without falling into a click position, then it is possible that the gear box has issues and this might need professional help with equipments to remove the gear box and reset. It can be due to wearing off in the gear box , fault in selectors, counters and play in shaft bushes.
You will need to remove to confim the worn out components before an overhauling is needed.

Bushes missing from gear stick and transfer stick

If it's a later model (post 98), then I have an idea what's happened. On the rounded ball end of the gear stick that goes in the box, there is meant to be a plastic bush that is only a very loose fit on the end of the stick. If it has dropped while either removing or replacing the gearstick, and fallen into the area at the back of where the gearstick actuates the shift rail, then apart from having a very sloppy gearstick, you won't be able to move the shift rail backwards - which is what happens when you move the gearstick forward (1st,3rd,5th). This should be fixable from in the cab. Of course, if you have an earlier model, none of the above applies, as you have the gearstick moving only one of a choice of three shift rails with no bush in that area. The only thing that happens to those is the spring on the gearstick breaks (that can't be replaced on its own!)
