Contact customer service is all I can say. You didn't say where you ordered the item from, or what site it sends you to or anything. All these things are important details. If you ordered it from overseas then aside from convincing them to send another one you may be out of luck. Also what does this have to do with cars and trucks? I don't understand unless perhaps car or truck parts. If you tell us where you ordered it from or what site we may be able to help you more but without further details all I can say is contact their customer service department.
You'l need to assign each dumper with a work order with specifics of procedures done each day to the vehicle, and expected maintenance for each day. Each vehicle will obviously have an assigned number to track and a worko procedure for each task and by whom. You can make a list in Excel for easy tracking.
