My best guess would be on eBay etc. Or a wrecking yard. Personally, I've checked out cars (used) on lots, it the owners manual was tossed and not in the car, I passed-up the vehicle.
Firstly, you can get a manual online like on ebay.
Have you checked the bulbs to see if there not working? If so behind the glove compartment there is a relay box, check there for fuse..

You can download the manual free in pdf format from the GM owners site, you will need a Yahoo ID to use the site. If you want a hard copy of the manual try eBay or contact your local GM dealer, you can still order them new.Below is a web link top the GM owners site I mentioned.
Found these on ebay-I hope this is what you are looking for. One says it's the 911, but I think when I checked its closer it was actually a 944, the other seemed to be the correct one. I hope so. These can be purchased (special order) from the parts department of your local Toyota dealer. You can also buy them on EBay. I just did a search there and found several for sale. See
