Car is not starting ,has charge, headlights, no radio,or clock or cranking,swaped starter relay still nothing

Swap starter relays,applied brakes moved shifter,tonuetrual back to park ,to make sure all the way ingaged

Have you checked the starter fuse? jiggled wires for a loose ground? tried to bypass ignition and short the starter wire?

It could possibly be a battery with no or very low amps. I would get it checked by a dealer or many auto parts stores have battery testers.

SOURCE: 2002 Chrysler Sebring will not start

Mine did the click, click and the timing chain had snapped. If any of you have 2.7 litre engines plan on an engine rebuild or a replacement. Look up the 2.7 engine size along with oil sludge and timing chains. Grab yourself a towel to sop up the tears. This car is 100% garbage and I'm shopping for another non Chrysler product this week.

One item you did not mention is the neutral safety switch. check that and the ignition switch itself. You need to verify that the battery has 12v first and that it can pass a load test. then check for power at the relay and starter trigger wire. (check with a volt meter)
I hate to ask, but you mean that the engine does not turn when you turn the key, correct? And, you can turn the engine by hand? (with key off)

First unhook the battery for about a half hour to reset the computer.
does that have anti-theft on it.
a remote starter ?
second either swap the relays for the starter and fuel pump or replace them outright.
when you bypass the relay to get it to crank... will it start ?

If you jump the two large wires together and nothing happens, then starter is faulty, or wires to starter are loose or broken.
