SOURCE: my kia carnival 2001 keeps over heating, there is

You have air in the system that could have come from when you changed the thermostat. Or it could be caused from a blown head gasket. It is much more rare for a head to crack than it is for a head gasket to blow. Head gaskets will often leak in just one spot on some cars that spot is typicly between the water passage and the cylinder which causes hot combustion air to be forced into the water passage when that cylinder is on the compression or combustion stroke. A compression test will let you know if the head gasket is blown. If that isn't the problem you need to bleed the air out of the system. Does your heater work correctly blowing hot air? When bleeding the system you have to fill the radiator and the surge tank then turn the heater on to full hot.

Kia Carnival v6 2600 developed massive oil leak suddenly, near timing pulley, any suggestions?

There is a seal behind that pulley, pressure wash all the oil that has leaked out and run it and see if that seal is the source of the leak or it is coming from somewhere else. You need a completely clean engine to find an oil leak

Kia carnival v6 engine, y2000. what happen if i dont want to use thermostat..?

If you run it without a t stat, the engine won't reach proper operating temp. The computer will always think that the engine is cold and will add far more fuel than necessary. That will result in horrible gas mileage, fouling of spark plugs, and other sensor problems as well as potentially contaminating the engine oil with unburned fuel.
In other words, Don't do that!!!

I have a lot of prolem with my kia carnival model 2002, overheating than mixing oil with water several times

Overheating then oil mixing with water most of the time means a problem with the headgasket. Not a good idea to drive it until you have it repaired, you can ruin the engine.
