Question about 2000 Lincoln Town Car
Hi. The PCM is located under the dash above the brake pedal to the left. Also it has to be disconnected and unbolted from the firewall side next to the brake booster. Hope this helps. Ted

Yes, it could be the transmission control module or a shift solenoid in the transmission is plugged up or burnt out so it doesn't shift up.
