Ford E350, 2009. Replaced relay for rear blower (heat/AC). Fixed that issue, but the airbag and advancetrac lights then came on.

Could the fuse/relay panel is bad. You would need electrical diagrams and a volt/ohm meter to check this. If you pull the relay and the lights go out. I would check it, but mos likely it is the panel. I have replaced at least 6 of them in the last couple weeks. GM, Ford, Dodge, And just did a Mercedes. Waiting on a panel now for a GM.

How do I install GM P/N 15098965?

Carefully pry the front plastic panel from the dash using a medium size flat screw driver and your fingers - this is a fairly large panel with cutouts for the instrument panel and dash controls, and is held to the dash by internal clips which can some effort to release. Start at the bottom and work your way around and be very careful - these panels can be fragile. Once pulled clear of the dash, you will see two screws holding the control - to replace the control, remove these and gently pull the control forward to get at the wiring and temperature control connections.

2006 buick rainer headlights wont work. Everything else does though

This is likely caused by a defective main headlight switch in the dash control panel, the wiring harness to the switch is likely burnt as well and it will need to be replaced, The replacement connector can be purchased at the GM dealer. Never install a new switch if the connector is heat damaged the new switch will burn out very quickly. Also do not use crimp connectors to install the repair wiring connector, solder it and use heat shrink tubing.

2003 ford explorer no heat and clicking in dash board

Clicking sound is your blend door actuator stripping it's gears and failing to open the door that directs the blower air through the heater core. Follow the sound to the actuator and remove it. Install a new one. You may have to remove some panels to get to it. The part is shown below and costs $32 at autozone. Please let me know if you have questions.

How to remove heater core 2004 grand prix

The entire dash does not need to be removed.
Disconnect the heater inlet and outlet hoses which enter the firewall directly under the 'hard lines' for the AC'. near the center/driver side of the fire wall. Note: A cable operated clamp removal tool helps access. They sell them at Autozone in the 'OEM' tool section)
Remove the lower kick panels on both sides.
Remove the seats and console and carpet (to access and remove the duct which goes from the bottom of the heater core outlet cover to the back seat area)
Remove the outer heater core cover.
(Note: First time through the outer heater core cover is held on only by heat stakes, no screws. You need to break the head of each of these heat stakes (look like donuts) to remove the case.
Remove the inner heater core cover (also heat stakes).
Remove the heater core.
Installation is reverse of removal.
You'll need to drill the marked dimples next to each of the now broken heat stakes. Drill 5.5mm holes in cover in these areas and replace cover with screws which should be available from GM dealer.

What does the code pO449 mean?

You have a bad EVAP solenoid. I just replaced mine on my 2005 Tahoe, it's a very common problem in Chevy trucks/SUV's

The cheap way is to replace it with the OEM GM part # 25932571, it lists for about $28. Otherwise you can replace the solenoid and add the filter kit. You can find the directions for that by following this link: The filter kit runs about $180 for the solenoid and filter. Replacing just the solenoid does the trick and is the same as it came from the factory. The filter is meant to filter the dust etc out in harsh driving conditions.

Post #9 has a pdf that outlines the installation of the solenoid and the new filter.
