Im having a clutch cable or something to do with the clutch sometimes being hard/grinding but i am getting plenty of pressure from the clutch pedal has anyone had any clutch cable issues.

If the clutch operation feels smooth and normal with the usual amount of travel and free play then it probably is ok and the fault is inside the clutch housing, with the clutch components.

Difficult gear changes and gear crunching sometimes could be caused by dry and tight splines or grease/oil contamination of the friction material.

Can anyone please tell me the best tenant screening service out there? I don't want complete screening services.....just the background reports and all; and don't even want to spend a lot?

'Not spending a lot' could cost you dearly. I read a great story in a magazine of a couple who went to live abroad for 2 years and left an agency to rent out there house. It was rented to a 'nice' man who said it was for his wife and son. What actually happened was that he added partition walls to various rooms and rented the house to 16 single students, some three to a room. The fire officer wasn't impressed.

You're in the fixya's car fix section, but it sounds like you have a leak on the side of your house. That's bad. Is the foundation there, or is this above the foundation? Is the floor cement? if so, you may have a cracked foundation, or cracked floor. is there a window nearby? Water has a way of travelling. Even gets things wet that are not close to the window. You should trace this ASAP, cause you know that mould is to follow. Good luck

House fuse box very old. Need to find out which fuses need to be replaced.

no, you certainly would not like to dance with that partner. Just go ahead and let your neighbors know you have to do some electrical repairs. A real safety concern, shut off what has to be shut off. Tell your landlord to go ...what is he? awful?
