Question about 1993 Dodge Ram
Problem vehicles just cost money regardless of how badass they are. Having said that the way to fix the problem will be to go to a dodge wreckers ( plenty of them around) and get all the wiring harnesses connected to the engine . Be smart and disconnect and connect as you go so that you do not need a wiring diagram

SOURCE: OIL COMING OUT EXHAUST MANIFOLD
If oil is coming out of your exhaust manifold you probably have bad piston rings. you can buy a compression tester at auto parts to verify the problem.

You said you have fuel flowing from the inlet line of the injection pump? But not at the injector lines?

They are a pain in the ****. You have to take the valve cover off, remove the fuel lines, remove the inlet valve, remove the rocker arms, then unscrew the injector out. There is no doubt, that you can do it yourself, just leave yourself 3-4 hours probably.
