How to replace the exhaust system on a 2001 Chrysler Sebring LXi?

Two or three bolts at the exhaust manifold. Heat them to get them off. Cut the rest off with a saws-all. Don't cut the rubber hangers, reuse them. Weld or use hose clamps to re install.

How do I install the bed on a 2004 Dodge Dakota

Where the frame meets the bed directly you should need no rubber or shims. Some beds have raised areas that need a bushing to fill the gap between the bed and frame but most need nothing. Body shops do use shims on beds to get them level if there have ever been any accidents, the frame is out of plum or the bed is not level. So if you get it on and it is too high or low an any certain area just shim it up till it gets where you you want it and looks level and fit.

Fuel leak

You need to be a little more specific in your questions, but we'll take it in its rawest form. A fuel regulator is nothing more than a pressure valve. It either has a rubber diaphragm or a piston and rubber o-rings and rubber seals. If you have external leaks, you have a degraded rubber seal. The only option is to replace the unit with a new or used regulator.

The thermostat will not stay in place no rim to stop it from falling in side engine housing i have the rubber that ataches on part but theirs nothing to stop it from falling in side first i've ever saw...

Buy a can of permatex gasket adhesive. Spray dome onto the gasket, thermostat housing and thermostat (make sure only to apply to where the gasket contacts the thermostat) and let it set up. It acts as a contact cement and will make it much easier to install your thermostat.

The crank shaft pulley was out of alignment when i was changing the serpentine belt. when i tried to push it back on a rubber piece came out one side. so i pulled the whole thing off to reset the whole...

That rubber piece was probably your front crank seal. I would recommend replacing it now as there could easily be nicks in it and it will puke engine oil all over the place while you drive. A new one should only cost between 10 - 15 dollars. When you install the new one try to install it as evenly as possible all the way around. Then on your crankshaft pulley there will be a keyed slot, put a little bit of silicon inside the slot before installing it back on the vehicle. This will help stop leaks. Put the bolt in the pulley and tighten it until it completely seats, this should align it with all of the other pulleys and you should be good to put the belt back on.

Self installation of front windshield

Wrap rope in the inside of the windshield gasket with the window in place. Lay the window in place and from the inside of the car, pull the rope. The rope guides the windshield gasket to the inside of the windshield opening and next thing you know it, the windshield is in place.
