Are 98 camry and 02 camry engines interchangeable?

I would have to say no. in 2002 the change the electronics and maybe other stuff. and there is 2 different engines you didn't add that. the blocks might be the same but you would have to change a lot of parts to make it work with the different engine management system

I want to know if a 1993 hood off another camry will fit on my 1995 camry le

Many large auto-recyclers, used to be junkyards, are now online and you can look up interchange numbers. Just by searching for a make, model, year, and part you will get a list of interchangeable parts for other years. If you do not have any locally try searching for Marshalls' in Circleville, Ohio.

I cant find the bolts for the valve cover for a 1998 toyota camry... oddest thing ever!

look at where the spark plugs go, some of these used large nuts at top of the spark plug tubes. I'm not sure what year, but if the nuts aren't obvious. check there.

How many o2 sensors does my 98 camry v6 has?

There are 2 sensors. The main one is located in the exhaust manifold (facing you as you look at the engine from the front of the car). The secondary sensor is located behind the catalytic convertor, which is under the car, approximately beneath the front passenger seat. On some cars, somewhere around 1999, Toyota started using an air/fuel sensor instead of an oxygen sensor in at least one of these locations, so you need to be sure which one you have before replacing. They are not interchangeable.
