Question about 2005 Hyundai Elantra
There should be a relay for each headlight. L & R
Just swap the relays positions and see if that is the issue.
My 2002 elantra had a ghost in the system..... It would blow headlights every few hundred miles and the dealer kept saying nothing was wrong with it. (11 trips to the dealer)
over 100 headlight bulbs, 50 tail light bulbs, and 4 batteries in 3 years, and they constantly said nothing was wrong with the car.
I hope you just have a bad relay.

No you must have a wiring problem if the bulb is good. You can test the bulb out of the car. Do not touch any halogen type bulb with your bare skin.
