I also agree with electrical power failure. Either the battery or the alternator is not charging enough current.

check the voltage supply of your alternator, it must be supplying more than 12v and less than 14V.

12.6vdc, keys in pocket rested batter = charged, running is 13.3v to 15vdc. exactly. this is a stalling post so the latter voltage apply the ECU will stall engine when the battery drops below 10v (varies by car, and year, etc) but that is where the ECU internal regulator may drop off LINE. (I service ECUs)

My guess, head light failures/ and engine stall.?
that is electrical power loss. the battery power is not reaching
the Head lights nor (engine brain/spark systems)
so, why, (2 reasons, and many causes)
1: battery is dead. or bad. or cables never cleaned, (ends)
2: charge system failure.

do you want to guess, or test with a voltmeter.
even bad fuses. check fuses for damage. test them
good looking fuses can in fact be bad.
(hair line cracks happen)
or rusty fuses (corrosion)

Sounds like a loose cable, weak battery, or charging system problem. Start out by making sure all battery and ground and alternator and starter connections are tight. An auto mechanic would make quick repairs out of this problem. 25314047-wng3opgl1pug32fsc4t4fc4i-1-0.jpg

Toyota corolla 2003 air conditioning green light blinking and cold air not blowing

You've figured out by now the blinking light means the system has a problem. You'll need to find out if the system is low on freon or if a relay or electrical part is failing. The cooling fan could also be failing to come on, which would make the high side pressure exceed the limit and shut down the system.

To reset Maintenance light, do the following procedure:

  1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
  2. Ensure odometer reading is shown. Turn ignition off.
  3. While holding down the trip meter reset knob turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
  4. Hold down knob for at least 5 seconds. The odometer indicates "000000" and the light goes off. If the system fails to reset, the light will continue flashing.
  5. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

May not be any fuse and if it was other things would not work either. It is most likely the sitch that controls the running and dash board lights.

With the engine off turn the key to on. Then turn the key just past on, but before the starter starts. This should turn all the dash indicator lights on.

make sure battery cables are secure on or into the battery and not loose. If cables are loose it will cause your alternater to fail therfore not fully keeping battery charged. If battery cables are not loose replace battery.
