Check the following:
1. Do you have proper vacuum. This is either the vacuum lines, reservoir or control.
2. Is the vent "flaps" working? They can break and are controled by a vacuum motor.

Have you checked the Aux switch near the bottom of the center control console.
There should be a knob with: Aux, Off, 1, 2, 3. This is the switch for the rear AC blower.
If the driver wants to control the rear AC, use the 1, 2, 3 settings.
If you put it on Aux, Than the rear AC is controlled by the passenger in the back seat using the extra controls located on the Overhead DVD player. (The front AC must be on the rear to work)

Try this article. I have the same problem and I think it is the vacuum motor that controls the door for changing from hot/cold in the rear heater box (located inside behind the L rear wheel)

Sounds like it could be a blend door problem. Common among dual a/c Fords. Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. Sometimes this will reset the blend door actuators. If this doesn't work then the actuator will need to be replaced.

No airflow (cold or hot) through main vent ducts. Can hear the blower working, can feel air coming from in and around the dash area. Seems lik something is blocking the majority of air from coming through the vent openings. They(vents) are open but no air.

Rear Floor Vent heat only

Sounds like your heater coolant hose door flap is broken or loose. May want to check behind the heater controls, if your components are mechanically operated. If electronically, may need to perform more troubleshooting before replacing this component.

i have a 2000 Ford E350 1 ton Van the heat works in front but blows cold air in rear. Would the problem be a blower heater switch and where is it? I hope I don't have to take off the whole dash.

Check for a vacuum leak. The vacuum cannister under the evap. case will crack and cause a leak. I just install a new vacuum cannister, check valve and hose going to inside of van.
