Using a multimeter you can test the circuit to see if the low-beam headlight is getting electricity. It is not unusual for the low beams to burn out faster than HB as they are used much more often.

What you need is a headlight switch and you can get them at just about any auto parts store.

We have a 99 Falcon Futura Au, we need a fuse diagram as it's not on the fuse case & we don't have a manual. We have a light on the dash that comes on when the car is started (fan in box

Probably will not get the fuse info here. I suggest you join up to the Australian Ford Forum. There will be someone there that can help you pinpoint the fuse you want and possibly scan the pages from the owner's manual for you with all the fuse diagrams and email the docs to you.
Here is the web site. Just register on the site and post you question in the correct area.

My headlights have quit working on my 1994 Chevy 1500 pickup. I replaced the headlight switch but they still don't work. The parking lights come on but not the headlights

Try checking both a; your fuses, and b; check your bulbs. You should have two fuse boxes, one under hood and one in or under the dash. Check those for bad, blown or weak fuses. And check your headlights bulbs for them being good and their connection. If this doesn't fix your problem, you may check out your highbeam switch.

DRL works all the time...turn lamp switch on ..don't get brighter...and highbeams don't work.

The DRL's are separate from the actual headlights. It sounds like your headlights aren't working at all. The first thing I would check would be the headlight fuse(s), or relay(s). The location for these should be in your owner's manual.

Hope this helps!
