When you get the not so water proof connector apart and dry it out which you should do as if you just leave it to dry by itself it may corrode, when you put it back together fill the connector with dielectric grease so no moisture will be able to penetrate it again.

You have water intrusion past the Weather-pak seal on the wiring harness to the starter solenoid relay. You can try spraying WD-40 or similar short-resolving fluid into the wiring harness connectors, until the problem stops, or you can wait for the harness to dry out naturally. USE CAUTION, SUCH FLUIDS ARE USUALLY FLAMMABLE!

I don't recommend trying to turn on the ignition, as it may cause the starter to grind while the engine is running, causing damage to the starter and the flywheel/clutch.

As already posted, unless you have a very good reason to, hosing off/steam cleaning and engine is really not recommended.

Sorry to say-- we have not washed motors
for the last 25 years, because of what you have

(Problems with water intrusion)

Start taking it apart & use an air hose to remove
any water you find

I have a 2007 mustang coupe the wind shield wipers wont turn off

Could be a fault with the self park switch that is integrated into the motor or perhaps the wash/wipe sweep timer relay. It depends on how it is wired but unplugging the relay might stop them or it might not and even if it does it isn't likely to prove anything. Substituting a known good relay is the best way of testing and if that makes no difference I suggest checking the motor self-park switch next.

My camaro started smelling hot I checked the radiator fluid let it cool down and it started makeing ticking noises from the motor i think and its running weird does anyone know wats wrong?

Your motor it knocking. Ether your lifters or rockers. I would stop driving it immediately and take it to a mechanic who can fix the problem before it gets any worse. You may be able to save your self from having to rebuild the whole motor. The last thing you want to do it throw a rod.

After a rain last night, i didn't shiut the wipers, just the car. next morning there was 6" of snow. when i started the car, the wipers wanted to start with th heavy snow. now the intermident won't...

you have damaged the gearbox mechanism by the sound of it ,on teh end of the motor is a gearboc and i think you burnt one of the tracks that self park hence its not working right and only a new motor complete will cure it as i dont think this gearbox cover can be removed on this vehicle
