You just answered your own question. If your Electronic Fuel Injection system isn't functioning it can't get any fuel to your injectors.

Isuzu engine 4jx1 3.0 won't START & no current on injectors 1&3

So runs on test fuel? (spray)
no car stated.
no year stated

there for now EFI systems to talk about.
EFI varies (if EFI at all) varies by years.
you said current is is EFI.
check fuses first
then scan the PCM to see why injectors are dead.

no year , no JOY , ever.

1996 Toyota Corolla cranks will not start. Has spark, fuel pressure at rail, no injector pulse with noid light when cranking. MIL light very dim. Unable to retrieve fault codes

Check distributor rotation to ensure good timing belt. If good, check crank and cam position sensors. The computer fires the plugs and injectors based on many factors but most importantly the crankshaft and camshaft position.

Is the fuel pump electric on1988 Isuzu p up

ok no engine stated. cant help much if you can show VIN or engine name.
we can't guess the following
  1. engine
  2. if carb or EFI (1988 in usa they had carbs and EFI in 1 year)
  3. country, sorry, no country no joy, as varies by that.
why not just look, lets do this simple task.
  1. look at engine, its a carb or just throttle body, ?
  2. is the fuel lines to injector (s) and follow it to tank) it arrives at a filter, go past filter to tank and see a fuel pump rack in tank and 2 wires to rack and 2 to the fuel level sender, so 4 wires total that is EFI there. and is Electric pumps on all gas engines.
  3. if carb, it can be electric or mechanical off cam. drive. same deal see that fuel line it goes to 1 or the other, if electric it has 2 wires, not its pure mechanical.
on older cars there are 2 EFI fuel lines, a loop its called.
1 is like 30psi feed line an the other is just return. 0psi.
1 example of just 2 1988 engines.
he D1 is carb (dang carbs., LOL)
the E1 is EFI.

How do I adjust the fuel mixture on the ford 460 efi

The mixture is not adjustable.
You have fuel injectors that are controlled by the computer.
If the check engine light is not on, I would look for a fuel pressure problem or a leaking injector.

Car keeps blowing the efi fuse 15 and fuel pump wont run

I surmise you have a shorted fuel injector or injector driver transistor. The engine computer probably knows something is wrong and is not turning on the fuel pump relay as a safety measure. You will need a digital multimeter or a VOM to track down the problem.

Remove the EFI fuse, turn the ignition to ON, but don't start the engine. Measure the voltage between ground and each terminal of the EFI fuseholder. You will make the following tests at the terminal that does NOT have 12 Volts on it (fuse output). Turn off the ignition and disconnect the battery.

Measure the resistance from the fuse output terminal. It will probably be much less than 1 Ohm. The next thing is to check the fuel injectors. Disconnect the injectors one at a time and check the resistance . If the resistance suddenly increases substantially more on one injector than it does when the others are unplugged, you've found the culprit. Now you need to check the injector driver transistor. One of the wires to the injector is 12 V from the fuse output and the other goes to the transistor. Check the resistance to ground. If it is 0 or close to it, the transistor is fried, and the EFI module (or engine computer if it is contained there) will need to be repaired or replaced. Also, compare the resistance of the suspect injector with the others. If it is substantially less, the injector coil is bad (a failure in one part can ruin the other, so check both).

How to remove fuel injectors on a 1987 volkswagon cabriolet

Do you have the EFI or the CIS injection? If you have a metal device on top of your air box with braided metal lines going to each cylinder it's CIS. If there are no braided metal lines, then it's EFI. If it's EFI, then the injectors are held in by the fuel rail and the fuel rail bolts down to the head with 2 or more bolts. Remove those bolts and pull the rail... HARD. If you've never removed them it will be a hassle. If it's the CIS, then the injectors are held in by a snap ring retainer. They can be removed with a flat screwdriver or a strong pair of needle nose. Once that retainer is pulled out, the single injector will pull out (pull hard). Good luck.
