Could be as simple as a fuse, but will need Make and Model first.

They are both on different fuses. Pull them and check. The wiper has a built in module. These go bad. Could be a bad connection at the plug. Look for white or green coloring. Pull the plug and plug it back in. if it starts working, pull the plug and clean it and the motor. Battery cleaner works well on these. other wise replace the motor. The blower motor. is powered by a fuse. It rarely blows. Most likely the resistor is bad or the blower motor is bad. Resistor first. I replace tons of these. Blower motors will give a burnt plastic smell when they die.

How to remove the glove box from a 2006 porsche cayenne

Replacing the fan doesn't take many tools, just skill. The fan is under the passenger side dashboard. Remove the cover that is held in with a T25 screw. After removing the screw pry the cover down. Disconnect the light from the cover. Remove the foot vent under the dashboard by pulling it down. Using a 5.5mm socket remove the screws holding in the blower fan. Removing the fan can be very difficult because the main wire harness goes under one edge of the fan. When you get the fan out check it for water damage. When installing the new fan make sure it slides into the channel in the hva/c box. Working around the wire harness can be frustrating. After reassembling check that the fan works. There are 4 places water can leak into the fan. The hva/c water drain can be plugged. The wiper cowl cover at the base of the windshield can be unclipped from the windshield. And one of the two wiper cowl water drains can be plugged.

I have a 1999 Saab 9-5. The fan blower doesn't

The fan is located under the windsheild wipers. The windsheild wipers will have to be removed. Then remove the plastic shroud and wiper motor and assembly. The fan is located in the middle under the windsheild. If your feeling the AC you can check the stepping units located on the AC unit behind the front console under the dash.....KEH
