I have a 1997 Chevy cavalier z24 it's hard to start it and when it does start I smell raw gas I just replace spark plugs and map sensor and throttle body sensor wen put it in gear a the car die

I saw what you replaced, but, didn't see any testing? Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also, see if pressure will hold for a bit, everything off. If the pressure drops like a rock, you have a fuel pressure leak. Check fuel pressure regulator vacuum line, if it has gas in it, the regulator is faulty. Could have leaking fuel injector or the fuel is leaking back through the fuel pump.
Any applicable trouble codes? To check codes yourself, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader.
Your coolant temp sensor might cause it to flood, if it is flooding? How long since a tune-up? Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction.
Smell of the crankcase oil dipstick, if it smells like gas, I wouldn't drive it till you fix the problem. Change oil and filter as many times as needed to get rid of the gas.

Could be a fuel fault, with a pressure gauge check the fuel pressure and flow , if the pressure is low check the fuel pump and fuel regulator , if the flow is low replace the fuel filter.

While run doesnt get full power,, now it starts and runs for 4 secs idleing in a out then cuts off.

Okay,in 1995 they didnt make a chevy impala but heres the way to check it, the first thing i would check is the fuel pressure, you will need a gauge and hook it to fuel line and start engine and see if theres enough fuel pressure , this sounds like it starving for fuel, a quick test you can try is to get a spray can of throtle cleaner and remove the air intake to throtlebody start engine and let it run as it starts to die spray the cleaner into throtle and see if it stays running, dont overspray, if it picks up and runs when you spray then its a fuel problem, what you are doing is giving it fuel, then check the fuel filter and the pressure, if thats all okay then remove the ignition control module and have that tested at an autoparts store.

You can pour gas in the throtle body and it will run but when you stop it dies. i checked the fuel pump and filter and they are both workin fine.

if fuel pump and filter are fine then it may be the, fuel pressure regulator not supplying fuel to the injectors.if this is ok, then clean injectors they may be clogging up.

Throtle Body?

It takes 7 minute to recharge a battery from a standard start(about 3 seconds) if you are cranking longer than that then yes the wear is occuring to the starter, alternator and battery.
It could be a throttle body leaking or a fuel pressure regulator.

1997 Chev Cavalier hard starting

it sounds like the check valve in the fuel pump is letting the fuel bleed back into the tank
