You have a phantom current draw that is killing your battery. Not especially difficult to troubleshoot if you have the tools and skill. If not, a service shop should be able to diagnose and repair the issue in a short time. 1999 buich lesabre battery goes dead while parked - 25312799-wng3opgl1pug32fsc4t4fc4i-5-0.jpg

Burning oil 2001

Usually the problem is piston rings. But it could also be something going on with the PCV system.
It could even be something as simple as changing the brand or weight of oil you are using.
Two quarts of oil in 3000 miles is not a huge amount, so it may be tough to find the cause. One quart with every tank of gas would be alot.

The battery wont hold a charge. the battery is completly dead after a very short period of time

Does the battery go dead while sitting or while driving? You may have a draw problem where something is draining the battery while parked, or you may have a charging problem, or you may have a bad battery, depending on how it goes dead.

1995 LeSabre - Starts and runs fine, but engine cuts off without warning. First time, 5mph in a crowded school commute traffic. Put in park, and started right away. Second time, after turning onto...

If the motor gets hot and cuts off and will not start for a period of time the problem would be the crank sensor. The sudden cut off and starting right back up can be due to dirty battery cable connections. Remove them from battery and clean all three of them with a wire brush and replace both bolts.

Battery intermittantly going dead, may be months between occurences, several new batteries installed

Your under-hood or trunk light may be staying on from time to time.
To check periodically check the under-hood after dark by looking up into the engine compartment. For the trunk have someone you trust close the trunk lid while you lay inside. Or remove the bulbs for a while to see if the battery goes down.

you probably need to reprogram your PCM sometimes when the battery goes dead they lose part of its memory and a flash will fix it

Why does the security light come on in my car?

I hope this is not coming too late! You might still be in time to save your car before the worst happens instead of having to rush for a solution with your car dead...like it happened to me. There is a detailed write-up here: http://vatspasskey.com . The guy is great, this was the only way I was able to save my Park Avenue.
