What do these codes mean on a diagnostics check? c, ev, o, oh,e? what are these numbers for ISO9141 KWP2000 and why does it steady blink on monitor then say backfire problems?

you need to read the manual for the machine you are hooking to the vehicle .
These are errors not codes you need to understand how it works better.

Warning Lights & Electrical Problems

Taking into account the electronics on todays vehicles , even in 2003 , if you don't have scan tools , lab scopes an the like test equipment , plus knowledge . Your better off taking this to a ASE certified Tech. Given that all those telltale lights came on at the same time , I'd say you have a instrument cluster problem or lose wiring connection somewhere or intermittent problem on the Serial data bus ! Do you know what that is ? All the modules on the vehicle have a communication network where they are able to share information . You need to have it hooked up to professional grade scan tool to see if all control modules are able too communicate with scan tool . Your probably going to find there is a U DTC - diagnostic trouble code stored in one or more modules ! And if your headlamps are bright when turned on, you do not have a lose battery connection ! You did not mention check engine light , was it on ?

Trying to find the reason for code p2000

The scan tool your using is generic ISO 9141 is used as the protocal. Its not a code. kwp2000 is not shown. Try and use it on manufacture specific or try and get any freeze frame codes and reply or repost. ( Don't forget to turn ignition key to the run position when trying to retrieve codes.)

Trouble code 9141

ElmScan ISO is a PC-based scan tool, and our most popular OBD-II interface. It supports the ISO9141-2 and ISO14230-4 protocols used mostly in Chrysler Corporation, European, and Asian vehicles. Be sure to determine the communication protocol used in your vehicle before purchasing this scan tool.
Processor: ELM323, crystal-controlled for accuracy
OBD-II Protocol: ISO 9141-2 and ISO 14230-4 (KWP2000)
Output protocol: RS232
Indicator LED's: OBD Tx/Rx, RS232 Tx/Rx, Power
Operating voltage: 12V, internal protection from short circuits/overvoltages
Dimensions: 3"x4" (76x102 mm)

The interface can be used in conjunction with our free software to turn your laptop or desktop computer into a fairly sophisticated auto diagnostic system. The program has a built-in database of more than 3000 trouble codes, and allows you to read and erase stored trouble codes and oxygen test results, turn off the MIL ("Check Engine" light), and display real-time sensor data. For more information about the program, please visit our Software page.

I have used obd11 and its give me 2 codes kwp2000 & iso9141 how do i find out wa they are

That site tells you how to do it. Basically you use a paper clip to jump 2 ports on the obd1 connector and the check engine light will flash a certin number of times and you write down how many times it flashes. Example. flash flash pause flash flash flash is a code 23.
