Question about 2004 Lincoln Navigator
Not really no. There are kits available but all to often there are laws and standards for vehicles in which the conversions do not abide by. Make sure you research what is legal before attempting such, usually is not worth it.

Yes. The problem is that most retail stores have horrible selections. However, the Internet is a great place to find what you need.
Rule 1. If your wall switch has a dimmer control, don't replace an incandescent bub with an LED!!! LED lights do use the same dimmer controls as fluorescent bulbs. I replaced this office room with LED. The dimmer controls at my Home Depot for fluorescent cost about $6.00 USD each. Watched a video, traded out the on/off switch for the dimmer... done.
Rule 2. Watch for the socket type. There are all kind of sockets. This includes the standard 40 watt to 100 watt bulb screw in socket to the bayonet push and half-turn type.
Fluorescent LED come on a cool looking LED ribbon. They are not 4 foot tubes. They have two fluorescent sockets. They stretch out like a tape measure! Easy to ship in the compact (rolled up) form. Sent a case of 4' to my midshipmen at the USMMA in Kings Point NY. They worked on ships, in the tool shop, and in the barrack. So, use the internet and identify the socket type!
Rule 3. Watch the Voltage. LED are a wider range of voltage. So, if a bulb says 110vac to 220vac (US and Europe) don't be surprised!
Rule 4. Dimmable vs Non-Dimmable. If you plan to add a Dimmer Switch, the LED bulb must be Dimmable. These cost about 25% more than non-dimmable. Remember - special dimmer switches as described in Rule 1.
Rule 5. This is very important! Many retail LED are the obsolete 2700 Kelvin (or 2700 color). These are actually yellow. Not good for reading. They cost way less. They are OK for lighting a hallway, I would avoid them. 3100 are still yellow. For reading, sewing, kitchen work, shop work, homework, use at least 4,000 Kelvin. Best is 5000 Kelvin. 5000 is pure sunlight white with no harmful uV. They make people more alert, more safe, and enhance the attitude.
For 5000 Kelvin - I and my friends don't have to use reading glasses anymore!! Eye strain decreased, vision in general gets better. In the winter, attitudes are better. You can find stories about that.
Rule 6 There are a lot of Internet Rip offs!! Many of them will come up first on the search. Be sure to use a search such as "Scam <name of company offering to sell LED>. You will be amazed how many send the wrong bulbs. Then the service line never answers.
At one time Sears had links to many vendors, only on-line. I trust sears. Anything with eco and LED ... just check it out first.
Rule 7 for standard screw in 65 watt - get the full replacement, not the 50 watt replacement. I prefer the newer 70 watt. They use about 9 Watts total. Then buy a case to get the discount.
I replaced all my commonly used lights with LED of many sockets including the little chandler flame looking small sockets and the globe style bathroom mirror type. Like a pirate's parrot a good LED will out live you! A 65 watt incandescent using 9 watts of LED 5000 Kelvin will use about 1/5 (20%) the energy. You will forget how to change a bulb they last so long.
if your electricity cost $0.15 a Kilowatt Hour, the LED in a busy area should pay for itself in electricity the first year. For areas like a closet, I would just keep the cheap old style.
