Question about 2001 Toyota Tundra
I used a reader and am told code p1127 etcs actuated power source circuit malfunction. So I figure relay's need to be checked as all fuses are good. This is a result of crossing cables during a boost.WHOOPS!The main 120 amp alternator fuse blew, now radio and throttle control don't work.Is there anything else I should check?

you probably didnt change the right fuse and had another one blown at the same time you also could have a primary fuse under the hood that blew. once fixed dont use pump again. not same amps drawn

you have to loosen the mounting bolts on the fuse panel and on the bottom side the fuse is held in by 2 8 millimeter bolts.

Testimonial: "Very helpful and exactly right. Saved my neighbor a towing charge to the dealer. His car is back up and running. Thank you!!! "
It sounds like you blew fuses other than just the main fuse. Hooking the battery up wrong can destroy major components as well, like the starter, battery, Computer, moduals. You might need a good shop....

The fuse you need to check,on your make it depends what typ of link they use, On the battery positive you should see a fuse a big clear square one that has a window. there should be two of them ,this is called the main.Or it may have this style a fuseable wire,It should be yellow in color or brown pull it does it stretch like a rubber band,if it does its open and you replace that,Then move to the engine fuse box there is one more it the big fuse it should be 50amps. if that is open you replace that one , Always replace what is rated according to the origainal cover of your fuse box,
