SOURCE: 2006 Toyota Tacoma V6 engine oil sensor location

There is not enough flow at the sensor for a second oil filter. The sensor is at a dead end in the oil gallery. I recommend that you persue other options here. If you are concerned about oil contamination, don't be. There is nothing better than the factory filter...Look into adding more oil capacity; Look into an engine oil cooler; there is really no need for a second filter.

SOURCE: dose the engine oil top up the gearbox oil in the toyota rava4 19

NO the engine oil only tops off the engine it self and the gear box uses a different oil and to top it off and check is different from the engine dip stick. Good luck and your manual should tell you when it's time to service your gear box oil.

'06 toyota corolla loses power while driving

The power steering works off the engine, so if engine not running, no power steering. It sounds like to me that a good place to start would be the fuel filter. If the fuel filter is plugged, it may allow enough fuel to go through to run the vehicle for a few minutes but not allow enough through to sustain continued operation. The fuel pump is also a consideration.

My 2006 gmc savana 2500 is losing oil pressure

Unless you have run it out of oil a few times. replace the oil pressure sending unit. I am assuming you have an eight cylinder in the van, so the sending unit is on the back, top of the engine. About 3" long and 1 1/4 " in diameter

My 2000 toyota corolla has been losing at least 2 quarts of oil betweem my 3000 mile oil change most times I am down 1-2qrts between oil changes & I have to put oil in .I have had the entire oil pan...

You need to determine where the oil is being lost. Open the hood and look for traces of oil. Place a clean piece of cardboard under the car and idle the engine - at the rate you are losing oil, you should see where the oil is dripping onto the cardboard within a few minutes, then work upward from there. Possibilities: Crankshaft seal (passenger side of engine), valve cover gasket (top of engine), main seal (driver side of engine). Any of these can go bad, far many reasons.

Ticking in the engine: 2008 Toyota Sienna

Check the level of Oil in the reserve OIL reservoir.

The sound you hear is the auto-fill pump running on empty trying to top off the oil as it drops below 'SAFE' when cornering or accelerating. DO NOT IGNORE THIS

If the reservoir Oil level is OK, then you have a bad Oil-level sensor, pump or wiring. GET IT FIXED or you will lose your motor. Another possibility, the VENT hole in the cap of the Oil Reservoir is clogged, and won't let air in to push Oil out. Check by opening the cap and listening for Hssssssss sound. Clean cap well and Use a Toothpick to open the venthole again.

If it isn't a plugged hole, low Oil in the reservoir and the cost of FIXING is too high for you (as was for me at the time it failed) Disconnect your pump until you can afford the FIX, and Top off your engine oil manually. The wire is located immediately behind the reservoir

Good Luck!
My Sensor cost $135.00, Pump was $229.00 - Find out if that is the problem and Check a Junkyard, Craigslist or Ebay
