It sounds like the TPS was installed improperly..It has to be set in place with no tension on the spring loaded mechanism...This will cause the throttle to rise...I don't know what problem you had before replacing these components but nothing should magically go bad while doing it unless it is a faulty new part...Try removing the TPS ..,INSPECT it to see the plastic lever operation is in correct timing with the lever it is mounted to ...Look close with a light to see what I am describing then carefully connect it....I've seen it happen before...If not the IAC..( idle air control sensor )..will cause it to have a high idle if it is bad....),,maybe it was accidently disconnected .....GOOD LUCK..

My ford focus 2008 sedan boot will not open its a keyless entry

If you have not yet replaced the keychain remote's battery, it is probably due.
Most remotes use a battery type available at drugstores and the computer department of major stores such as Walmart, etc.

2001 ford focus keeps throwing the code for tps. i have replaced it five times an everything else on the car that i kno to replace even the computer. i still cannot figure out my problem

You have to replace the mechanic! What TPS code are you getting? There are different codes for the TPS. Get me the number of the code. It starts with 'P' followed by 4 numbers.

I need to know when I have to change my fuel filter. I have a 2008 Ford Focus SE Sedan.

I would recommend looking in your vehicals owners manual in the service and appearance care section each manufacturer recommends different mileages on what tasks to perform at certain times, in that section it will state what mileage to change the fuel filter on your particular model ford, I would say anywhere from 30,000 to 60,000 miles probably but make sure first by looking in your manual...

I have replaced everything in the ac system on my ford focus se 2001 and it still leaks freon somewhere, mechanic had it for 4 days and could not find the leak

No way he replaced everything and have a leak unless he didnt put it together correctly. Suggest contacting the manager from the establishment and if he can straighten it out get your money and go to a dealer. If they cant help you file with the better business bureau.
That being said 3 high leak areas are the condenser by the radiator (looks like a small radiator) , the evaporater (in the dash to make the car cool) and the compressor mounted to the motor. With dye in the system he should have no issue charging it and looking for leaks.

My tps is at 0.99% is that correct for a 2002 ford focus lx.when at a complete stop as i try to accelerate it revs really high and for a long time before it hits second gear

The tps is actually a rheosat type switch. It essentially sends a reduced voltage (between 0vdc and 5vdc) to the ecm to indicate throttle plate opening. If it is stuck at 0.99% it is not operating properly. There is no internal part fix, only replacement.

Engine?

not sure what the sound was, but if there's a blown head gasket, the water that gets in a cylinder won't compress and it won't turn over very well and sometimes not at all. that may be what they mean by "holding compression".

check for water in the oil...it'll foam up on the dipstick,

Get a second opinion from a reputable shop other than Ford.... If it's a head gasket, it's much cheaper than an engine swap, if that's what you're thinking...
