Likely suspects:
worn out spark plugs
dirty air filter
vacuum leak
worn out oxygen sensor
bad gas or loose gas cap
If you can't troubleshoot and diagnose the problem causing the misfire, take the car in for service.
Check if there is spark on the ignition leads as well. Open distributor cap. A build up of carbon on the rotor and or cap ignition points could give poor spark, clean or carbon.
