Question about Cars & Trucks
Probably not, If it was that low as to keep the motor from rotating the engine would need to be overhauled.
More than likely its a fuel or electrical issue. after the oil is added to fill line check for fuel and is it old fuel ? Yes ?replace it.
Has the car been sitting? Yes ?Is there rotation of the engine no? Starter or Battery replace it jump it. ( turns but does not start)? Yes
Electrical issue check wires, are all plugged into correct spots.
When it ran last was there noticeable issues ?
This should give you some things to try
If these do not get it running you will need a dianostic evaluation from a good auto mechanic.

You need a new oil pressure sender switch. I have had to replace mine also. Not too expensive (15.00) but tough to get to.

With the VIN number a locksmith may be able to get a key code and make you a new key or you may have to go to the dealer for the key code to take to a locksmith. Hope this helps.
