ECU Fuel pump Fuel filter cranks wont start
John might know more than me, but if it's similar to the Quattro filter, it mounts vertically on the right hand side of the tank (in front of right rear wheel) and can be physically pulled down for replacement (requires car jacked up).

You can do it by loosening the fuel tank straps and letting the tank down a bit. Dont have to completely remove the tank, but you do have to move it.
