There's a switch on the dash I believe that controls the transmition settings there's normal, hold and power. You are obviously on the power setting, adjust the switch to the middle and the light will go out.

SOURCE: I have a 04 Mitsubshi

Hi, since the engine management light comes up whenever you rev the car over 3000, then you have to OBD II scan the car computer to get a code out. That code will be interpreted to tell what the exact fault is. You can scan it yourself if you have the OBD II scanner and if you don't, you take it to any auto shop around you to scan, get the code and interpret...

SOURCE: my 1992 pajero could hardly shift to the 4th gear

A turbo is pretty much always on, so I am not sure what you mean by "turbo level". Turbos work by increasing the internal pressure of the fuel in the pistons, based on the speed at which the air is entering the engine -- when your engine is revving to higher RPMs, it uses the air pressure pulling into the engine to spool up the turbo (hence the "turbo whine" you hear as your engine increases speed. They do not turn off in any gear, even at idle ... they are just working less hard.
If your vehicle is having difficulty getting into 4th gear, you should have someone look at your transmission. There might be something simple that is keeping your transmission from working properly (low fluid levels, etc) but most of these simple issues would occur in all gears ... so it is probably something a bit more complex. A mechanic with access to the vehicle would have an easier time diagnosing the problem than I will, as I have no access to the car.

PWR light came on. What can it be and how can i switch it off?

According to the manual, it changes the engine operation from "Fuel Efficiency" to "Powerful" mode. I don't know exactly what the acronym stands for but when used it revs the engine to a much higher rpm before shifting. There is a button between the driver and passenger seat you can turn it on/off, it's not a 'warning' light

Pejero engine turns over but wont fire check engine warning lamb stays on

For check engine light on,its definitely error code stored in the cars computer.,Getting the error code scanned by OBD 1 scan too, is advisable.

this sounds like the alternator is only making enough current for daytime running and so the battery is barely charged. so when you use lights and accessories its draining it further. this could indicate a lose fan belt,(try the simple things first) or perhaps the regulator in the alternator, or maybe a dead cell in the battery
