Maybe. You should get a new windshield or at least have that one repaired by a glass shop. They can come to you. Once the windshield is repaired, let everything dry out real good and hope for the best.

Thanks for the input.i haven't repaired the seal yet but I've been keeping a tarp over it.i used a shop vac and a cheap blow dryer to dry everything inside the cab as best as I could.i replaced all fuses in fuse box and it still didn't work (most were shot) still nothing.i found a blown 40 amp fuse under the hood on the main power line connecting to the battery.replaced it and everything that was out came right back on so now all I gotta do is fix the window itself.thanks again

First thing I'd do is check all ground sources/straps for good clean contact at all points, especially from block or frame to firewall area, then check all fuses in panel at drivers side end of dash or wherever located on your particular vehicle, then check all fuses etc, in power distribution box under the hood, for blown or corroded contacts.

SOURCE: chyrsler grand voyager wont start just clicks HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you mean by bump started? The lights and radio can work, but the battery may be too weak to crank the engine over. The best thing to do would be to drive it to a parts store, where most offer free check of battery and charging system (if you can drive it. If not, 1st remove battery and bring in for testing). The click you hear is classic low battery symptom, although it can be other things. So, 1st get the free test, and post results back here. How old is the battery? (and answer 2 questions!) Thanks

SOURCE: 91 toyota camry problem ignition switch problem?

If you can pull the key out of the ignition while it is running then the key is probably worn out. If you have a spare key use it or have a new key cut. As far as the fuse box not having any power look for a main fuse that comes off the battery to the fuse box. There has to be a main fuse blown, fusible link burned out, or a loose wire somewhere. You really should not try to "ghetto rig" starting the car or you can short out components all the vehicle.

You said you tightened the battery cables, did you check the other end of the negative where it bolts to the engine. When you tightened the cables you also used a battery brush and cleaned the posts and ends?

Check all weep holes for clogs below the windshield, it sounds like it may be coming from the fresh air intake. During the heavy rain, it will fill up with water if the weep holes are clogged.

Leaking headlights

I assume it's from rain. There should be a gasket around the headlights could be dry or maybe screws need to be tightened. I believe you will need to go from the inside to ck this. JUST OPEN THE HOOD TO CK LIGHTS AND MAYBE TAKE THEM OUT AND DRY THEM AND TIGHTEN THE LIGHTS FIRMLY BUT NOT TO TIGHT OR YOU WILL BREAK THE PLASTIC COVER.

Sounds like maybe the ECU had taken in some water. Is your ECM located behind the engine on the firewall? There are two large fuses located on the passenger side wheel well in the engine bay. They are two large (2" plastic covers) over them.

No gauges, most idiot lights displayed, water leaking in on drive

There'a s a rainwater collecting vessel just above the back of your dash board instruments where the wires and connectors are. The vessel might be already corroded and leaking. The leaking water short circuited your connections. Check all the fuses and look for the source of leak then fix it.
