It just clicks wont start nuffing

Your battery is dead. Try jump starting and run the car for about 20 minutes (going for a drive would be best). Turn the lights on - if they dim over time or the car sputters after awhile, your alternator is the actual problem (the device that charges your battery). If the car runs well for the 20 mins but won't start again (clicking), then you'll need to replace the battery.

2008 dodge avenger with a dead battery, I am in the process of charging the battery now but while driving the transmission seemed to be stuck in second gear, the slap-stick would not engage either, is this...

if the PCM lost its programming because the battery was excessivly drained then the car will need to be releaned. You may feel issues but generally they clear up after awhile. Having a dead battlery should not of damaged anything.

Replaced battery and now SUV skips?

When you replaced the battery, you erased the computer memory. Drive it for awhile until the computer learns how to run again, it will be fine.

Battery is dead. i cannot open trunk, it seems to be jammed. is there a way to charge the battery another way.

If you have a cigarette lighter, sometimes you can use a 12volt accessory plug connected to another battery, to energize the system and get the trunk solenoid to operate. Do not attempt to start the car with this setup though...the wires cannot handle the amperage!
