One of the vents isnt opening for some reason ,i would guess ? could be the vacumn pipe to the operating mechanism is split or if electric then the unit has failed ,you will need to get to the part to find the fault and i have no practical experiance of this vehicle to tell you what you need to remove to obtain access .

Did you check your coolant level or was it low and you added to it at some point? If so the system my need to be bleed or worst case the thermostat is going bad.

SOURCE: drivers side window switch not working on 2005

the drivers door switch is most likely bad, they get used the most and wear out first, the connector on the back of switch may have come loose and not making good electrical contact, remove switch and check connector and if still not working need new switch, the windows are all on same circuit and either all work or none work so not fuse. extremely rare is a short in wired but not likely.

Envoy rear sagging

There is a level sensor connected to the lower control arm on the rear wheel on the drivers side. This operates the pump and lets air out if it is too high in the back.It can fail. Most likely the air pump has gone bad. Expect 800 + to fix it.

Rear heating problem

Hi Jeff. I had the same problem, along with others on my 03 Denali. Along with not blowing hot air from the rear heating system, I had hot air blowing out of the passenger side and cold air out of the drivers' side vents. My battery would go low and had the same smell. I took my Denali in to the dealer and they found it was a bad Fan Control Module. They replace it and everything worked well after. It cost me $293 for parts and labor. Hope this helps.

On my 2004 Gmc Envoy, Heat only comes out on passenger side, still blows cold air on drivers side. Defrost, floor and vents all produce air flow. Rear heater works fine. A/C works fine. Any idea?

Sounds like the driver's side temperature actuator or blend door are defective. Part of the dash needs to be removed to access these parts.

My driver and passenger side airbags deployed b/c of a sensor problem with my 2007 GMC Envoy Denali. There was no external damage to the car and the incident resulted in my girlfriend being sent to the ER....

So what is your question? Just because of an isolated incident people should not buy an Envoy? Did you report this to the National Transportation Safety Board?

Rear fuse box is under the seat bottom, rear seat (middle row) on the driver's side. There is a plastic cover over the top of it that snaps into place.
