If the 140 amp is the same configuration as the original then choose the 140. The 140 amp rating is the available amps to give. Also go higher in amps available but maintain the same voltage for whatever device you're replacing.

A short or a bad battery could have caused the problem. If your taking it to a shop for repair, it becomes their problem and not your problem.

7mm socket and ratchet
screw driver or panel removal tool (for push rivets)
