Disconnect your negative battery cable. Locate and remove the screws that hold your interior door handles in place (they may be hidden by snap in, or snap on clips). Remove the interior door handles, then disconnect the wire clips to the switches. Your panel is held in place by snap in clips; use a small pry bar to pull them from the door (try to get as close to, or directly under the clips to prevent them from tearing out of the door panel). Once the clips are pulled, pull the panel upward to remove it from the door.
Install in reverse.

the bottom cushion lifts up from the back and pull it forward then unclip the two hinges from the front then the back seat has has two to four bolts on the bottom then lift up the back cushion

I'm assuming you have manual adjustment seats. There is a spring underneath the seat that locks the end of the lever into corresponding notches in the seat frame rail. That spring has either fallen off or broken.
