Stop Leak-- in what?

Don't do that, just take your money & won't do anything

You can't get it out & may ruin something

Pull the motor & change the seal

Is there a quick fix, rather than pulling engine to stop main seal leak?

You did not say what the year make and model is, but generally speaking there is no quick fix.
Sometimes its easier to pull the transmission instead of the engine to get to the seal. But its still a big job.

Should I fix my oil leak in my 1986 Toyota Camry 1986 4 cyl.?

On this car it's almost worth the repair cost to fix many of the common problems, they are quite reliable cars. So if your mechanic thinks the rear main engine seal is leaking, or the automatic transmission torque converter is leaking , be ready to spend some money on the labor, as both repairs require that the transmission be removed. Aside from this one repair, all other work can be done with relative ease! Keep this car, over 250 k, think about selling.

Oil coming from main pulley seal on engine of saturn.

Then a mechanical person must replace that seal, no magical fixes for leaking seals. You can buy some goop off the shelf at Advance which says it will fix leaking seals, but if anything it will just slow it down and stop something else up. You might want to look around for a motor from a 95 saturn SC1, SL1, or SW1 which has much lower mileage and think about swapping that engine in. A junkyard can tell you exactly what engines will fit. There are many used engine vendors on ebay.

I have a 92 honda accord lx, and its been leaking. my uncle put stop oil leak in it and it stopped for a little while but nows its continuing. he thinks its coming from the main seal since he cant see...

It could be the O ring between the block and the oil cooler.under the oil filter. or it could be the oil pressuer sending unit above the oil filter.

Leak under car near rear of car

Rear end is leaking fluid. With the LS2 Vettes this is a common problem with them. The seal has gone bad on the main housing. Easy to change yourself and can be fixed yourself

How to check/fill transmission fluid without a lft

look back by the flywall but before using any additive to seal a leak use a dye first to find out where the exact location of the leak is because sometime it looks like it is the seal but it is the backend of the valve cover gasket

Rear main seal helpmes

Nothing will really fix it other than new parts.  It's not bad job, just time consuming.  Need a way to hold tranny up while pulling parts.  Have a chilton or haynes manual.
Basically though, you need to remove transmission or be able to move it back far enough... remove flywheel from crankshaft end... unbolt and remove rear main seal retainer... replace seal and gasket... reverse procedure.

Main seal

First is it a front seal ,or rear main seal,(front seal, being were you see the pulleys and fan belts,,you have to look at the bottom pulley, follow the shaft to the motor, where the shaft goes into the motor is the front seal, the pulley and everthing behind it has to come out then you pull out the seal, auto zone actually has free tool rental that you can pull the seal, and a tool to put it back in,if a rear main seal its where the shaft from the transmission meets the back of the motor, youll have to pull the trannsmission back, check where you see the oil leek from, the front seal you can do if mechanically inclined, but if its the rear you should take to a mechanic,if this helps please give me a fix ya vote

1992 ford tempo oil leak?

Definently sounds like the rear main seal. My 97' Dodge Ram has the same issue and it leaks in the exact spot and has the same symptoms. Changing the gasket on the rear seal in simple but it's hard to get it apart to get to it unless you have the right tools and mechanic know-how. Your car seems to be leaking more than mine so it seems to be worst, but it is most definently the rear main seal. I put gasket maker/sealer on mine and it temperarely stopped the leak but due to pressure it will always seem to start again. Your best bet is saving the money or if you have it, invest it and go ahead and have the problem fixed. Hope I was of some help.
