Recontact them. Remember that last week was Thanksgiving, and we're in the Christmas mailing season, so things are running a little slower. They should be able to give you an update and a tracking number.

My mother was told she had throats cancer she had a pet scan a week ago we still not heard anything is that normal

well in the uk were i live it can take up to six weeks to get are results like it did for me.
were you not given a phone number to ring?
mind you when you think about it there is a lot of people getting pet scans and they all have to wait for there results as well.
and it does take time for the doctors to look at them all.
Lets hope its not much longer before you hear.
And i am very sorry to hear your mother has got throat cancer..sorry if i have been no help to you.

Suddenly, No tail lights, brake lights, turns signal or back up lights At 83000 miles, 6 months ago, replaced head gaskets. 1 week later, service engine soon light came on. Tech said it was an oxygen...

just look for the blackened/burned pin on the rear light plastic connector and sand it down to re-establish a good electrical connection and save yourself $800 big ones on replacing the multiswitch.

Maybe a CV shaft, look for torn boots on the outer joints. The one with the torn boots is more likely the bad joint.

2001 mitsubishi eclipse gt rattles over bumps at low speeds

you could have bad mounting bushings for the struts or it could be other bushings in the rear axle tracking arms. in order to find out you have to jack the vehicle up.(use jack stands to support the vehicle for safety) check all the struts and shocks and any componant that has to do with keeping the wheels on the ground . that is what the strut/shock is for. check the coils spring to make sure they are not loose. the coils spring keeps the body from bottomning out... hope this helps..........please rate.
