This could also be a faulty fuel pump relay. I had a Honda Prelude that would not restart when hot, but if I let the engine bay cool down for 10 minutes, it would start no problem.

You are throwing away money by replacing g parts that are likely just fine. Check for an ecu relay. My wife's 06 has an IPDM/ecu relay issue that will cause the vehicle to just die. It gets corrosion inside the contacts and cuts power to the computer. I had already purchased a spare for a couple dollars. Wife was close to home and car died, started back and was acting up. Swapped the relay in about 2 minutes and no issues since (several months now). Sometimes a small part can cause big problems. You can't just throw money at everything hoping to fix it. You need to do some research and troubleshooting.

My 2002 buick rendezvous will not go above 4000 rpm's. The engine loses power and feels like it is misfiring.

I would check into replacing a fuel pressure regulator its easy to install and it usually under 10 bucks.

The car lost power and all the lights in the dash can on the turn singles would work what happend?

That sounds like an alternator problem. If your engine was running and all those things went out, it would mean a depleted battery, but you had enough of a charge to start the car. If an alternator stops recharging the battery, your battery can actually die while the car is running. To find out what the exact cause is, I'd suggest a shop that checks battery charging systems and batteries out (I think AutoZone does this for free still)

Sounds like a start of a fuel pump. You would have to hook up a gauge to tell more. There is a specific fuel pressure specification for your vehicle. You should find out what code is in the computer. That is always a good starting place

Manual Display on Dash

I also have a G35 05. This is not an error. The REV light is within a circle, this is a gauge. This gauge also has an amber light in it which blinks or stays on solid based on settings you control. This can be controled with your trip selector button. This button has multiple functions, as you press it, your trip A counter will show, then your trip B counter, then your REV light indicatior setting. this is where you set the RPM limit. If you wish to change the RPM limit to a higher or lower setting, press and hold the trip selector button until the display starts blinking. Then press multible times until you get to the RPM's your looking for. Now when you approch the RPM's selected, the light will start blinking and once your reach them, the light will stay on solid.

Engine lacks power

the probes use the mazda motor.... the engine light is caused by a lean fuel mixture...this happens on almost every american motor..its the ecu tuning. this is a way for the a-spec motor to have less horsepower, but they detuned too far. if you replace the ecu with the j-spec one you will not have the light, and gain somewhere around 15 hp im not sure how much or how dramatic the losing power thing is but i do know that the 2.5l motors love LOVE the rpms... so 3,000 rpm is really where the motor starts to run good, other than that im not sure
