Question about Cars & Trucks

Front light next to the headlight does not work. All other lights work fine except the rear right turn signal blinks fast.

Replaced light bulb. No difference. All the fuses look good. What do you think might be the problem?

Testimonial: "I thought I gave you all the info. 2007 Pontiac G5. The Bulb has been replaced. The fuses have been checked. Its the front right turn signal. No light. Rear right turn signal works, however it blinks fast. I was told the fast blinking was due to the front light not working. I'm thinking the socket for the light has gone bad since the bulb has been replaced with 2 new ones and does not light up ever! Is there something weird it could be with this car? Please let me know. All suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!!!"

Depending on the make model and year, I would say you are talking about the front turn signal lamp. Thats why the signal flashes fast.
I would check the socket for power and ground next.

1997 Dodge Neon left signal lights work great. Right side blinks very fast.

Has the car been in a fender bender ? check for wiring going to the front and rear lights to see if on has rubbed into a ground wire or the body. ( even if there has been no accident.)

Kia turn signal works but blinks fast on right side when parking lights are on

turn on park lights and signal on right side and take a good look at the front and rear light , see if one is dimmer than the other this may be due to a bad ground and when the park lights are on and drawing more power it also needs better ground, check the sockets front and rear try wiggling the bulb to see which one is causing the problem

Signal light blinking too fast

I just had that problem with my jeep cherokee and either your bulb has burned out or it is burning out. Time to replace it. Turn the signal light lever on the side that's flashing fast, get out of the vehicle and look at the front and back signal lights and replace the one that isn't blinking...hope this helps.

Fast Blinker

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.
