If it is wood, use carpenters wood glue. If it is plastic, use epoxy glue.

How to replace aFog light lens that fell off on mitsubichi outlander?

i would say you have two options, purchase a new fog lamp(s), or you could use JB weld epoxy for plastic(you can find in any auto store) and once it fully cures there is virtually no chance of you ever taking the lens off(if you should ever need to , but i doubt it). just take fine grit sand paper to rough up the application area a bit, then mix epoxy and apply.

When I play the gangam style too loud in my car the bass sound shakes all of the plastic parts. what can I do to avoid it?

if you have this problem only when listening to the gangam style I would suggest listening to more appropriate music. However if the problem do continue even with white folks rhythms I think the best solution would be to completely remove the plastic parts, sandblast the interior metal chassis , vacuum the whole thing and then glue the plastics back using epoxy glue

How much exhaust is coming out, sounds like a collapsed muffler/clogged catalytic converter. Run it for about 20 minutes in your driveway, being careful, NOT TO TOUCH components. Move your hand from rear to front, it should feel about the same amount of heat coming off all the rear most pipes. Very hot toward front. If a blockage, as your hand passes over the parts of the system, you will feel a difference.

    Coolant reservoir leaking

Try using a solder gun with spreader assembly, and a small piece of plastic & carefully heat area of crack , then melt piece of similar plastic in to crack and carefully melt it together (smooth it) . Or go to hardware store and buy kit they have for patching plastic tanks & try that, otherwise, get new or stop at auto wreckers and grab a used one.

Is there a way to glue or bond or somehow repair broken plastic on a side mirror on a 2005 RAV-4?

Yes there is is you have a broken glass you can go to a local mirror shop and they can cut you a new one for about 10 bucks, then you can supergule it onto the inside fixture where the glass rests and hold it for about 4 minutes in place. Or use masking tape to hold it in postion. There are some plastics that super glue wont stick to so you may have to try 5 minute epoxy to hold it in place mix enought so that the epoxy will surrround baracket that holds the mirror.

My windshield washer reservoir leaks on my '98 Honda Civic.

Ok... put the duct tape down. And back away from the truck... just kidding.. I wouldn't recommend duct tape. or hot glue...
If you have a visible crack or hole, drain the tank to below the crack, clean with a little vinegar and water, and lightly sand the plastic housing.
Place a small patch of plastic sheetrock mesh tape over the crack and then...
Use a bit of epoxy that is recommended for use on plastics. Mix up a small batch, spread over the crack and over the mesh.. Let dry and refill.
Don't worry about pressure, because the tank isn't under pressure on most cars...
