There isn't a fuse. Controlled by the BCM. If that fused blew, then you would have other problems also.

Testimonial: "Thanks Randy Ohler, you said that the reason that my warning buzzer that goes on when the lights aren't turned off when you leave the vehicle is not due to a fuse but controlled by the BCM. What is the BCM and how should I fix it? Thanks."

Around the mid 90' and older, The buzzer would be on the fuse panel Usually a larger black box that plugs into it. After that is when the BCM(Body control module) took over.Fixing it can be a pain. And costly. First you would have to scan the BCM for codes This would point you, hopefully, in the right direction. The buzzer was put in three poaces over the years. First the BCM held it, the it moved to the instrument panel, and nowdays it runs through the radio and speakers. Lots of parts can go bad. The switch, the wiring to from the different parts, the BCM, and the buzzer itself could be bad.

Why is my 2001 buick century custom dash lights, tail lights, cruise control not working and dinger is sounding don't know if it is ignition or head light dinger but stops when you close door

dinger is obviously your door open warning, problem 1 solved, dash and tail lights are often on the same circuit in many cars, this will need a new fuse, if this failed when replaced then you have a short, this normally happens in your tail lights

no power, means, what, cig lighter plug dead,?
try something else there, like a cell charger, still dead.?
if it is truely dead, the fuse is blown.
does head lights work, and engine run?
ok fuses that bad are bad, blown. (blown elements)
ok fuse that look GOOD, can in fact be bad, (tiny cracks.)
we never fail to test good looking fuses or go nuts for sure.
you can test fuse 3 ways.
1: DMM ohms, 0 ohms reading
2: voltmeter shows, 12v, on both sides of fuse, key on.
3: a fuse tester dealy bob at any autostore. (ill pass)
there are other ways, but are way too complex to type.
(ok a battery powered test light , yes, all auto stores sell them.
glow with a good fuse)
bingo?

03 Jetta headlight warning buzzer does not sound.

The sensor is in the door panel itself. The only fix I've found is to dismantle the door to replace the circuit board/sensor contained near the outside door handle. My 02 Jetta hasn't dinges for a few years now.
