They appear to be the same crankshaft just a difference in bore size. I went google and typed in isuzu engine kb220 and kb240 use same crankshaft and got the following page site.67.20.85.147/pdf/tm
type in the numbers in the url address as there is a pdf manual that has everything you need for the engines.

Intermittent stalling. Another symptom commonly associated with a problematic crankshaft position sensor is intermittent stalling. If the crankshaft position sensor or its wiring have any issues, it can cause the crankshaft signal to be cut off while the engine is running, which can cause the engine to stall.

I changed the crankshaft of my m43 with a crankshaft bearing some gears or drives, thereafter my piston height exceeds the engine block by almost a millimeter. What are the potential dangers?

the problem possibly is that the crankshaft you used may be a longer stroke that the one you removed ( you state that you change the crankshaft of the m43 with another crankshaft)
Assuming that the engine is not a diesel engine
problems that you will have besides the extra height, is an over the top compression pressure which will require top octane fuel or special fuel
one way to lower the compression pressure is to fit pistons with a hollow in the crown ( low compression pistons)
go to a speed shop and you may be able to get an over thick head gasket to stop the piston from hitting the head and to lower the compression pressure as well
look around and talk with speed shops and engine reconditioning engineering shops as there are different sized pistons that have the gudgeon pin set closer to the crown which will make the crown flush with the block
I think that you will have to research the bore and stroke of your engine and the engine that the crank came out of to see if there is a difference and work on that angle if such a difference exists
of course if it is a diesel, it is probably right it you use the correct head gasket as diesel engines have very little clearance between the head and the piston crown

Will there be other changes that I have to make if I put a manual car crank in my automatic?

I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE CRANKSHAFTS. ASK A PARTS PERSON IN YOUR DEALERSHIP IF THE PART NUMBERS ARE THE SAME . I'LL BET THE ONLY DIFFERENCE MIGHT BE THE FLYWHEEL.

There many videos on how to remove the harmonic balancer, and how to replace the crankshaft sensor on the GM 3.8 engine. Do a search on the web ' how to remove the harmonic balancer GM 3.8 engine.'
Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Hello :) ... I have s 10 blazer 1990 2.8 v6 (engine block broken) I want to change 86 PONTIAC FIERO 2.8L V6 block, it is possible?

Well the crankshafts are different, so I doubt it. Plus I don't list a 2.8 engine in a 1990 S10 Blazer. Only a 4.3 engine.
A salvage yard may be able to tell you for sure. Even if the cranks were the same, the position of the motor mounts and various other parts would probably be different too.
