You have to take the steering wheel off , disconnect the battery when you do this so you do not set off your airbag , this is pretty easy if you are mech, inclined ,take the air bag off just unplug it and take it off , take off the turn signal switch that should give you access ,if you goto youtube and post your question there you will get there and pictures , good luck

How do i set the timing on my 1995 honda passport

I have a '95 with the 3.2L. V6 fuel injected engine. With all the electronic emission controls for ignition and fuel delivery to the engine, things like engine timing, fuel mixture adjustments are a thing of the past. it is actually called the oil sending unit. It is located on the lower left side of the engine near the oil filter.

It would be a switch. Try pushing the switch down hard and wiggling it. It may work which would indicat a switch. Since one direction works It has to be the switch ,
