Hi Ron Quenga, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? What is it that won't turn on? A phone? Do you mean your vehicle won't start? We may help people but have yet to learn to read minds. But we're working on it!!

There are two basic reasons for not starting - no spark or no fuel, both of which are controlled by the ECM. You need to check error codes and these items - for the spark, test it at the cylinder 1 sparkplug; for the fuel check the pressure (if too high or low, problem!).

will try to help. if your engine isn't getting a full 12 volt charge to your battery it will do crazy stuff, like the guages rolling all the way around and different lights will come on. i suggest you have the battery checked, also check your altenator. if you're near an autozone or advance auto parts store, they will check both altenator and battery for free.after your car dies, you let it sit for say,2hours and then it starts, battteries will sometimes build their charge up own their own, but usually only enough to drive for very short distances. that should explain your next question, why does it restart after it sits for awhile? hope this helps and as always thank you for choosing fixya.com
