I have a 2000 Toyota Tundra - front end shimmys at speeds over 55 mph or braking at high speeds - could it be front tires need to be rebalanced, or front end realigned?

new tyres needed would be more the cause as they do deform with the sun in hotter climes ,and no doubt they are twisted if you look carefully

My navigator is downshifting and the speed odemeter is off

Recommend checking the connection to the speed sensor on the transmission. If connection is loose, tighten and test drive. If this doesn't help or the connection was not loose, replace the sensor.
The sensor looks like the picture below and is installed with a single bolt. To replace, just remove the cable and bolt and pull out.
To install, rub some oil on the o-ring and push in while twisting. Note that the square end that goes inside the tranny must align with and slip into the square speed gear inside.
let me know if you have any questions.

My car wonders at high speeds

I would FIRST check tire pressures. Make sure they are set to the factory specs. Road test, if problem STILL persists, a wheel alignment would be advised. Hope this helps

Problem with vibration feel it when driving

any way you feel vibrations travel in whicth speed?
if it is up then 90-100 kmh get your tires balanced ,(they put a piece of metal in them to not vibrate in high speed) if you have done this, see how is your alignment tires. if this have done see your arm steering , you have them problematic(losting fluid inside, or if you have hited something hard with your tires.

Volvo S60 AWD 2.5- car pulls sideways when driving on rain or sno

It's probably not that the wheels are moving at a different speed. It sounds like a simple alignment issue to me. Installing a bearing could have thrown it off. You should just have a simple alignment job done.
