You don't-- unless you own a-- Ford or Mazda--only

Where it would be, is in the owners manual
& all over the internet

If the red button on top just flops around loosely,
then the switch is closed & okey

Installed new fuel pump still not start

Hey Jim, got a solution for you. What happened is after the colision it tripped your fuel shut off switch, wich is sometimes located in your trunk and may be labled. If it's not there, refer to your owner's manual if you have one and look under fuel shut off switch. Also a dealership could tell you if you call and talk to someone in parts or service.
Good luck!
