SOURCE: What does code P0753 Shift Solenoid mean?

P0753 means your powertrain computer detects a continuous open, short to ground or short to power in the circuit to your transmission's 1-2 shift solenoid. When the code is active, your transmission runs in a fail safe/limp home mode that only lets certain gear ratios function in the transmission.

The solenoid in your application looks like this
1edc2e6.jpg and it is located sometimes on the side of the transmission, but my guess is from the looks of it, it might be found inside the transmission, only accessible with the oil pan removed.
The problem might be the solenoid itself, or the wiring going to the solenoid from the computer that controls the transmission, or the computer itself.

How can I get my Yukon out of 4low?

The remote shift on the transfer case are vacuum or electric solenoid operated. I believe that yours is a solenoid somewhere on the transfer case. There is often a seprate fuse in the fuse panel to supply the power to that. If you are good at electrical trouble shooting there are several web locations where you can get electrical diagrams for your Yukon to determine which wires to look for. If you are not sure you may need to take to a service center.

2001 gmc yukon engine revs up at 20 mph changed trans filter (screen) still have same problem

If you mean it "flares" trans may have major issues. If you mean it fails to shift to next gear, likely bad shift solenoid, easily changed by dropping trans pan.

My 04 Yukon is not shifting properly out of first gear. Check engine light is on and the code that came up is P0752. Stated that a shift solenoid is stuck. What is a shift solenoid.

A shift solenoid is just that an electric solenoids that opens and closes hydraulic fluid passages that shift the transmission, If you have never had the fluid and filter replaced in the truck do so, dirt may be the cause here and often a fluid change and driving it awhile fixes the problem,
